Registration
- Author Registration Deadline: January 04, 2026
- Early Registration Deadline: January 18, 2026
- BigComp2026 will be held as an offline event only. Participants should select offline registration, while at least one author of each accepted paper must pay for the regular registration fee.
- Late registration is available in real-time on the BigComp homepage - Online Registration. Please show your registration screen to the registration desk staff at the conference venue.
Conference Registration Fee
- Please see the guideline below before your registration.

At least one author of each accepted main conference paper must be registered as
“Regular Full” registration. Manuscripts received after the registration date will NOT be published in the web proceedings.
(Each workshop paper author can be registered as “Regular Workshop Only” registration) -
If multiple papers are accepted, one of accepted papers must be registered as “Regular Full” registration but the other papers can be registered as “Student Full” registration.
(For multiple workshop papers, the author can register as “Regular Workshop Only” for one paper then as “Student Workshop Only” for the other papers.) - Every session will provide with the offline on-site presentations.

Refund policy
- 75% refund for cancellations made by 23:59 January 5, 2026. (CST)
- 50% refund for cancellations made by January 12, 2026. (CST)
- No refund for any cancellations received after January 19, 2026. (CST)
- There will be no refund for authors of accepted papers, as well as no show.
