How to get to the Sukosol Hotel from Airports?

 

Bangkok Airport

Bangkok is served by two airports. Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) serves all international flights and the majority of domestic flights to and from Bangkok. Don Muang Airport (DMK) now serves domestic flights only, after being replaced by the new airport in 2006. Both airports are located approximately 45 minutes from the city and are primarily serviced by taxis. The two airports are about 30km (18 miles) apart, which is important to note when planning to connect between international or domestic flights.

 

• Airport Taxi

Located on the 2nd level of the Arrival Hall of Suvarnabhumni Airport taxis from the airport are readily available. As most taxi drivers do not speak English, it is advisable to contact the taxi hiring station to assist you with communicating with the driver. The one-way fare from the airport to the city is approximately 300 THB and motorway toll charges are additional (25 THB).

 

• AIRPORT TRANSFER

For your convenience, a transfer from Suvarnabhumi International Airport or Don Muang Airport can be provided through our hotel’s Travel Counter. When booking, simply advise us of your flight number and arrival time and our limousine driver and airport representative will be waiting to meet you at the arrivals’ gate.

• Toyota Camry private car, 1,850 THB nett per trip (max. 3 persons)

• BMW Series 5 private car, 2,350 THB nett per trip (max. 3 persons)

• Toyota commuter private van, 2,500 THB nett per trip (max. 7 persons)

• AIRPORT RAIL LINK

The Airport Rail Link runs from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to central Bangkok (Phaya Thai Station) from 06:00 to 24:00 daily. The City Line departs every 20 minutes and takes 30 minutes (stopping eight stations) for a fee of 45 THB (approx. $US1.5). Full details can be found at www.bangkokairporttrain.com.

 

Hotel information and reservation:

The Organizing Committee is pleased to negotiate with The Sukosol Hotel with discounted rates. Please note that the special discounted rate can only be provided for reservation with the hotel reservation form and before the deadline (Single 3,500 THB, Twin 3,700 THB). The special rates and blocked rooms are for Febuary 5, 2024 and on a first-come first-served basis. Once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not be able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.

Cancellation/No Show Charges

In the unfortunate event, guest need to cancel the event 30 days prior to arrival date. 30 % of total estimated expenses will be applied to company master payment of account. Any circumstances from political issue, any cancellation in case of any urgent matters with officially announcement from government, the settled deposit will be refundable.
