At least one author of each accepted main conference paper must be registered as "Regular Full" registration (offline participation) or "Regular Online Only" (online participation) by Dec. 7, 2020. Manuscripts received after this date will NOT be published in the proceedings of this conference.

If multiple papers are accepted, one of accepted papers must be registered as "Regular Full" registration (offline participation) or "Regular Online Only" (online participation) but the other papers can be registered as "Student Full" registration (offline participation) or "Student Online Only" (online participation) registration.

	Bank Transfer should be made to the account below. The sender's name must be identical to the registrant's name and it must be stated on the receipt.
