Registration Guideline

  • At least one author of each accepted paper (including the workshop paper) must be registered as Regular registration by Dec 30, 2019. Manuscripts received after this date will NOT be published in the proceedings of this conference.
  • All accepted papers must be registered as Regular registration. If multiple papers are accepted, each paper SHOULD be registered as Regular registration.
  • Conference+Workshops registration includes reception and banquet. Workshops-Only registration does not include reception and banquet.
  • For On-site registration participants, please be noticed that we may not be able to guarantee the banquet if there is no space.
  • Additional banquet ticket: USD 80

Refund policy

  • 75% refund for cancellations made by 23:59 Jan 31, 2020. (KST)
  • 50% refund for cancellations made by Feb 5, 2020. (KST)
  • No refund for any cancellations received after Feb 10, 2020. (KST)
  • There will be no refund for authors of accepted papers, as well as no show.

 

 

VISA

Visa rules are complicated and may change at short notice. You can find further information regarding visas by visiting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea.

 

Attendees requiring an entry visa should inquire at their local Korean embassy or consulate regarding the required visa and documents. We advise you to apply for your visa as soon as possible, as visa application may take a while.

 

BigComp 2020 organizers can provide official letters of invitation to persons who have completed the registration and for which payment has been received. If you need an invitation letter, please request it at mkim@kiise.or.kr after the registration by 23:59 Jan 31, 2020 (KST). Concerning visas, we will basically support only the authors of accepted papers. If you are not the author of accepted papers, but need invitation letter, please contact mkim@kiise.or.kr before the registration.
