Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required to enter Republic of Korea. Nationals of countries and areas with visa exemption arrangements with Republic of Korea are found at: https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10101
Visa rules are complicated and may change at short notice. You can find further information regarding visas by visiting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea.
Attendees requiring an entry visa should inquire at their local Korean embassy or consulate regarding the required visa and documents. We advise you to apply for your visa as soon as possible, as visa application may take a while.

If you need an invitation letter, please request it at firstname.lastname@example.org after the registration by 23:59 Jan 31, 2020 (KST). Concerning visas, we will basically support only the authors of accepted papers.
