VISA
Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required to enter Republic of Korea. Nationals of countries and areas with visa exemption arrangements with Republic of Korea are found at: https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10101
https://english.visitkorea.or.kr/enu/TRV/TV_ENG_2_1.jsp
Visa rules are complicated and may change at short notice. You can find further information regarding visas by visiting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea.
Attendees requiring an entry visa should inquire at their local Korean embassy or consulate regarding the required visa and documents. We advise you to apply for your visa as soon as possible, as visa application may take a while.
BigComp 2020 organizers can provide official letters of invitation to persons who have completed the registration and for which payment has been received. If you need an invitation letter, please request it at mkim@kiise.or.kr after the registration by 23:59 Jan 31, 2020 (KST). Concerning visas, we will basically support only the authors of accepted papers. If you are not the author of accepted papers, but need invitation letter, please contact mkim@kiise.or.kr before the registration.
