Presentation Guideline

Regular Paper Sessions

Here are the important instructions for preparing your presentation in regular paper sessions:

  1. There will be 15 regular paper sessions(Session 1A, Session 1B, Session 1C , Session 2A, Session 2B, Session 2C, Session 3A, Session 3B, Session 3C, Session 4A, Session 4B, Session 4C, Session 5A , Session 5B, Session5C) divided into three tracks running in parallel as scheduled. Please check your time to present.
  2. Each regular paper will be given 20 minutes for oral presentation (15 min. talk + 5 min. QA).
  3. The presenters must bring a PPT (or PDF) file in a USB and submit to the session chair 10 minutes before the session starts.

 

Short Paper Sessions

Here are the important instructions for preparing your presentation in short paper sessions:

  1. There will be 3 short paper sessions(Session 6A, Session 6B, Session 6C) divided into three tracks running in parallel as scheduled. Please check your time to present.
  2. Each short paper will be given 10 minutes for oral presentation (7 min. talk + 3 min. QA).
  3. The presenters must bring a PPT (or PDF) file in a USB and submit to the session chair 10 minutes before the session starts.
