Submission Guidelines:

Papers should be submitted as PDF files through EasyChair, http://www.easychair, which must be formatted according to IEEE two-column format for conference proceedings. The direct link for paper submission is https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=bigcomp2015. Papers can be submitted as either regular or short papers. Regular papers are limited to 8 pages and short papers limited to 4 pages.

IEEE Copyright Form Submission Instructions:
Along with the final camera ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed IEEE copyright form. Use the form at http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.
